DOLORES A. JANNUZZI, Esq., is an attorney with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of Trusts and Estates, Business Succession Planning and Elder Law. Having spent her professional career practicing law on Long Island, Ms. Jannuzzi has created countless estate and business plans, establishing lifelong relationships and personal connections with clients, their children and extended family members.

Ms. Jannuzzi considers the best part of her career having the opportunity to meet with clients on a regular basis as their families grow and their financial situations change. It is her job to see that every client walks out of her office with a state-of-the-art estate and/or business plan to suit their changing individual needs, as well as one with which they are comfortable and have a complete understanding.

A significant portion of Ms. Jannuzzi’s clientele has been referred by clients who have come to trust her legal judgement and personal touch. The areas of the law that Ms. Jannuzzi practices have a profound impact of her clients’ future well-being; planning for their families when they are gone; and building and preserving wealth. Whether a client needs Medicaid planning, business succession planning, or any other aspect of her practice, they know she will give them the individualized attention they can and should expect.

Ms. Jannuzzi received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida in 1983. A cum laude graduate of Shepard Broad Law Center at Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1986. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

With a satellite office of the Law Offices of Audra E. Dehan established in North Carolina, Ms. Jannuzzi’s admission to the North Carolina State Bar and membership in the North Carolina Bar Association will serve clients well in the Wilmington area, including those who maintain residences in both New York and North Carolina.
